Shipping & Delivery

Most orders are processed within 24hours and purchases are made available within 3-5 business day. Processing time of your order can vary from 3-14 days depending on product availability. Additional charges may apply depending on weight. We will notify you of any additional charges before shipping. When calculating actual ship date, please do not include Saturdays, Sundays or federal holidays. Please include a complete street address for all orders. If ordering internationally, any taxes, customs, or related fees will be your responsibility at the time of receipt. The rates vary country by country. In some cases where downloadable are available you can receive your files directly through our website after payment confirmation. Downloads are solely for personal, noncommercial use. Copies of downloads can only be stored on computers or devices owned by the person or entity who purchased the download.

Hairgineering Dynasty is committed to ensuring the security of your personal information. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the proper use of information, we have established and implemented appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Hairgineering uses Internet Encryption Software and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Protocol when collecting or transferring sensitive data such as credit card information. Any information you enter is encrypted at your browser, sent over the public Internet in encrypted form, and then de-encrypted at our server. Once we receive your credit card information, it is accessible only to a small number of trusted Hairgineering employees who have been specially trained in processing this information.

Returns & Replacements

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Additional non-returnable items:Gift cards, Downloadable software products. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable), If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items (if applicable), only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable), we only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at 

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping: To return your product, you should send an email to You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over N10, 000 or $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Interswitch. All online orders are processed through 128 bit SSL encryption to protect your credit card information during your online transaction. All prices and figures are listed in Nigerian Naira. 

Hairgineering Dynasty reserves the right to de-activate or remove any user accounts provided at without a notice if user has provided wrong information or violated common Internet policies.

Pricing & Promotions

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. 

Usually, promotions and special offers have a code that you can type during checkout that will apply the particular offer or discount to your eligible purchase. It’s easy to apply a code:

  • When you’re ready to submit your order, click on the checkout button.
  • In the payments section of the checkout process, you will see a field marked discount code. Please type in the active code that applies to your purchase. Please type the code exactly as it appears in the promotional materials. Avoid spaces or lower case letters. A good practice is to actually type the code, not cut and paste it from an email or webpage. Usually only one promotional code can be applied to each eligible order.

Promotional offers are valid for a limited time unless otherwise noted. Hairgineering reserves the right to change or cancel promotions at any time. Offers void where prohibited by law.

Viewing Orders

Viewing orders you've placed can be done on the Orders page where you can also click through to your order status.

To view orders: Once logged in, place your mouse over your username and click My Orders > Orders. In the Orders page, you have the following statuses:              MISSING DETAILS: These are orders you've placed, but didn't yet submitted information for the seller to start the order. AWAITING MY REVIEW: These are orders, which have been completed and are waiting for you to provide a review of the seller. ACTIVE: These are orders you've recently made and are still in process. DELIVERED: These are orders, which you've placed and have been delivered by the seller. COMPLETED: These are orders, which have been delivered by the seller and accepted by you as a completed order. CANCELLED: These are all cancelled orders, whether by customer support or mutually cancelled orders.

Updating Account Information
Current, complete and accurate purchase and account information shall be for all purchases made at our store. Promptly updating your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, is very important so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as need.
