What methods of payment are possible?

You can choose from a variety of payment methods. Discounts may not be deducted.

Credit card

We accept VISA or Mastercard credit cards. If you would like to pay by credit card, please enter your i-pin, the credit card number, the 3-digit card verification code, the expiry date and your name when placing your order. You will find the card verification code on the back of your credit card (in the signature box). The customer is the card holder. As we do not store your credit card details, you will need to re-enter your card details with every new order.

Pre-payment

If you wish to pay to the bank, please transfer the invoice amount to the following bank account:

For all transfers please be sure to state your name and your order number as the reason for payment. Our shipping department will dispatch your order after receipt of the full invoice amount and you will usually receive your order within a maximum of 3-5 working days.

Cash on Delivery

We presently do not offer cash on delivery payments.

Pick-up

We offer free pickup within Ibadan at our designated pick up centre.

Are payments by credit card secure?

We guarantee the security of your payments. Your payment details are reliably protected against unauthorised access on our secure server. All data you provide us with when placing your order is transmitted in encrypted form using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. This applies especially to your credit card information. Credit card payment over the Internet is one of the most secure methods of payment.

How high are your shipping costs?

Free shipping for orders over N15,000.
We want you to enjoy shopping with us. As a small thank you, we offer free shipping within Ibadan for orders over N15,000! For orders under N10,000, we charge a shipping fee of just N1000 for home/office delivery. 

Outside Ibadan, orders over N20,000 are shipped free of charge.
The flat rate shipping fee fapplies for orders with a value of less than N25,000, see our shipping rates.

To what countries do you deliver?

We deliver our products within the Federal Republic of Nigeria. 

When will I receive my order?

We normally dispatch your order the following working day, at the latest however 3 working days after receipt of the order. On the day of shipping we will send you an email. 

Can I exchange purchases or return them if I am not satisfied?

Of course Hairgineering Dynasty ordering service guarantees you an unrestricted right of return within 10 days after receipt of the merchandise.

Within this period you may return the purchased items giving reasons and either exchange them or receive a full refund.

You are not satisfied with the purchased items or they are damaged? Then of course you can cancel the order within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise. The cancellation does have to state reason(s) and must be made in writing by email or contact form on our website to returning the goods. To comply with the time limit, it is sufficient that the cancellation be sent or the goods returned in good time. We shall not bear the risk of damage to the goods during return transit.

If the merchandise has already been paid for, we will transfer your money back to the your account stated. Credits for orders paid by credit card will be charged back to your credit card account.

Do I need a separate customer account?

No, you can simply place the order. We need for the service , only your personal details , delivery address and billing address. 

Do I need to remember a password?

Under your customer account you can store all your personal details and quickly and conveniently place a new order. You also have the possibility of viewing your order status at any time. If you have forgotten your password, you can simply request a new one that will be sent to you at your personal email address.
